Civmec Construction & Engineering is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for their Henderson Workshop in WA, on a full-time on-site basis with immediate start and weekly pay. The role centers on fabricating and installing pipe systems from isometric drawings and P&IDs, completing ITPs and upholding quality control. You should hold an Australian recognised trade certificate, have 3+ years in heavy fabrication with chrome moly, carbon steel, stainless and exotic materials, and carry working at heights and confined space tickets (EWP advantageous). Civmec are seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to join our manufacturing and fabrication team based at our Henderson Workshop facility. We are currently working on a variety of complex and high profile projects:

The Role

  • The ability to understand and follow isometric drawing and follow P&ID’s
  • Complete ITP’s and follow quality control systems and techniques.
  • Installation of valves and water pipes.
  • The ability to use a pipe threader

About You

 

  • Australian recognised Trade Certificate
  • Heavy Fabrication and Workshop experience
  • Experience with chrome-moly, carbon steel, stainless steel and non-carbon exotic materials
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience with similar structures, specifications and standards
  • Working at heights and confined space ticket required - EWP advantageous
  • VETASSESS skills assessment completed (required for international/visa‑sponsored candidates)
