Pepper Kids Therapy is hiring a Client Services Co-ordinator to join our onsite team in Eight Mile Plains. This admin and client services role covers the full client experience, handling concerns, daily email management, answering calls and scheduling appointments, managing bookings, document control and data entry for our practice management software, and ad hoc tasks in collaboration with the Clinic Manager. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm with short Friday options.
