Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end vehicle logistics operations for XPENG Au including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance and last-mile delivery. 2. Establish and continuously optimize the local logistics system in the region to ensure efficient supply chain operations and support the achievement of sales targets. 3. Manage, evaluate and develop local logistics service providers (transportation, warehousing, customs brokers) in the Australia to improve service quality and strengthen cost control. 4. Coordinate with headquarters and local teams to ensure logistics processes comply with the Group’s global standards as well as Australia local laws and regulations. 5. Participate in the development and execution of the annual logistics budget, and promote the implementation of digital and information-based management tools in the Australia logistics system. 6. Handle logistics emergencies (e.g., transport delays, customs risks, customer complaints) to ensure supply chain stability. 7. Develop and manage a cross-cultural team to improve the overall logistics management capabilities of the subsidiary.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years’ logistics management experience with mainstream automotive brands; experience with Chinese automotive brands is a strong plus. 3. Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language; 4. Strong knowledge of international trade, customs regulations, import/export procedures, and cross-border logistics operations relevant to the Philippines. 5. Solid project management skills and cost-control awareness, with the ability to drive logistics process optimization in the Australia market. 6. Strong cross-cultural communication and team management skills; able to adapt to the Australia business environment, fast-changing and challenging work scenarios.
