Position Overview
Candidate must have the ability to diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul crushing equipment, conveyor systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment used in quarry industries. This position will require the candidate to effectively diagnose and make mechanical repairs to various types of conveyors, feeders, hydraulic systems, pumps, chutes, bins, hoppers, dryers, mixers, slats, silos and other production components used in an asphalt facility, with limited supervision. Candidate will also be expected to review lubrication reports and service records, as well as perform oil, lube and filter service on all assigned equipment as directed.
Welding experience using many techniques, tools and materials knowledge and expertise will be preferred. Must have some cutting and welding experience.
