Key Responsibilities
Manage diverse international project teams to deliver PLM solution in collaboration with the customer
Serve as the main point of contact for the customer
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client goals and ensure they are met or exceeded
Be the trusted advisor for our customers
Monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities
Advise and support our Solution Consultants and technical implementations team to ensure delivery of relevant solutions for our customers
Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and updates
Handle project issues and customer concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Support our sales team in the bidding process
Contribute to the further development of our project management processes and templates
As a PLM Project Manager you will lead international teams analysing business processes and translating customer requirements into scalable and efficient PLM solutions with Siemens Teamcenter. You will help customers develop their PLM strategy and advise them on the best solution. You will ensure that your project team will implement, configure and optimise these system to ensure maximum benefit for our customers.
You will be given the freedom and responsibility to independently manage projects and accompany customers in their digital transformation, developing innovative solutions, in which AI, IoT and ERP integration play an increasingly important role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
Demonstrable experience in managing projects or major work packages in the area of IT or Engineering
Knowledge of Product Lifecycle principles and solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects for different customers at the same time
Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused
Excellent written and spoken German and English
