Australian Trade Training College is looking for a Plumbing Mentor to join full time on site in Logan Central, offering a paid pathway to becoming a Trainer through a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment while you work. This role lets you stay connected to the trade, gain long term stability, and progress into professional development and trainer duties. You’ll support students in practical workshops, coach milestones, assist the Trainer, and maintain a safe, organised space with workshop-ready tools. Essential plumbing qualification, strong mentoring and communication, willingness to complete Cert IV TAE, basic computer skills, and eligibility to work in Australia with Blue Card and National Police Check.
