Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for homes and businesses
• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Handle routine maintenance and emergency service calls
• Recommend plumbing products and services to customers
• Clearly explain options, pricing, and features
• Upsell additional services to meet customer needs
• Keep detailed service records and job notes
• Follow all safety standards and local plumbing codes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with residential or commercial plumbing
• Strong communication and people skills
• Motivated to meet goals and grow with the company
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Valid plumbing license (if required in your state)
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work Environment: 

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
