TWG’s PM Distribution Centre Team Member is a fixed-term role through January 2027 in Rolleston, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday, at $30.28 per hour. You’ll support multiple DC departments, stack pallets, sort stock by barcode, use RF scanners, and assist with despatch, labeling and prep as peak season hits. This is a fast paced, physical, varied role where flexibility and problem solving matter. Key qualities: physical fitness, reliability, attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to work across teams; DC experience helps but isn’t essential. During peak season, we go the extra mile to make sure stock gets to where it needs to be, and that’s where our PM Shift Support Team comes in.
As a member of the PM Shift Team Member, you’ll work across multiple departments to finish up the day's work and keep things flowing across the DC. It’s a high-energy, high-impact role where your flexibility and willingness to dive into any task really make a difference.
Every shift looks a little different - you could be helping with despatch, sorting inbounds, replenishing racking, or assisting with labelling and prep. If you like variety, fast pace, and working with a great crew, this role is for you.

Please note: This role is to support our Peak Period through to January 2027. As it is our busiest time of the year, we are unlikely to be able to approve any extended leave across this time including around Christmas and New Years (Please note, we do not work public holidays).
