Royal London is seeking a PMO Data and Tooling Lead on a fixed term hybrid basis to support the Data and Tooling team and help develop portfolio reporting and tooling services. You will administer the Strategic Portfolio Management tooling, handle day to day user enquiries, perform admin configuration, use data analysis to spot issues and drive improvements, manage standard reporting for the Change community and collaborate with the Enterprise Portfolio Office and Delivery Oversight PMO. The ideal candidate has Change Management Tooling experience (PPM/SPM), Power BI and data visualisation skills, strong data analysis abilities, PMO delivery experience in financial services, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall. As part of the Data & Tooling team, supporting the Data & Tooling Manager. The primary objective of this role is to support on the operational execution and development of our suite of Portfolio reporting and Tooling capability and service offering.
You will work as part of a small team for Data, Tooling & Reporting PMO Analysts. Maintaining a close relationship and collaborating with the Enterprise Portfolio Office and Delivery Oversight PMO teams.
