Palazzo Versace Dubai is hiring a Pool Technician to repair, install and maintain pool equipment, perform water testing and balance per policy and DM requirements, and manage chemical stock with engineering stores. You will conduct daily pool inspections, support third party water safety inspections, and complete work orders and PMs while promptly reporting faults. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hotel or general engineering as a Pool Technician, 2 years in hotels, a high school diploma, and a mechanical or plumbing trade certificate, plus strong English and pool maintenance knowledge. Main Duties/Responsibilities:

·Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation to all related pool, plant and equipment issues.

·Carry out all necessary water tests and maintain water balance parameters on pools and water features as per policy and to comply with DM requirements.

·Liaise with engineering stores to maintain required chemical stock levels.

·Carry out daily inspections of all pools and assist on third party water safety inspections.

·Complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs as directed.

·Advise supervisor colleagues promptly of any problems on failures.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

·Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel engineering or general engineering as Pool Technician

·Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hotel industry.

·High School Diploma.

·Trade certificate in Mechanical / Plumbing

·Enable to work with multicultural team

·Good command in English (spoken and written)

·Knowledge of Plumbing/ Pool maintenance and repairs.
