What You’ll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face of The Rees Hotel, assisting guests with check-in, luggage, and local recommendations

  • Promote and arrange activities and experiences tailored to guests’ preferences

  • Safely operate our guest shuttle and other company vehicles

  • Ensure all guest needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, delivering the personalized service we’re known for

  • Overnight support is expected as part of the role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A great communicator with a passion for people and a keen sense of hospitality

  • Full, clean driver’s licence (Passenger Endorsement is a bonus)

  • Ability to work independently, while thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in front-of-house roles at high-end properties is beneficial but not essential – we value personality, adaptability, and enthusiasm

  • Knowledge of the local area is a huge plus – share your insights!

  • Strong English skills; a second language is a bonus for our diverse guests

  • Competent with computers; experience using PMS systems is a bonus

  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays – perfect for those who love to balance work and life

  • Physically fit, with a high standard of grooming
