Accor is seeking a Portfolio Director of Engineering to lead maintenance and engineering across Novotel Melbourne South Wharf and ibis Budget Melbourne Airport, reporting to the Portfolio General Manager and guiding a small team to support hotel leaders in delivering compliant, reliable operations and sustainable outcomes. Key priorities include enforcing building and environment standards, managing capital expenditure, contractor oversight, health and safety, and driving energy, water and waste improvements while strengthening brand compliance across the portfolio. To stand out, showcase hotel or residential engineering leadership, a trade qualification if available, solid systems knowledge, and proven project and stakeholder management. Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, you will manage all aspects of the maintenance and engineering functions of our hotels and be an integral part of the portfolio leadership team. Leading a small, dedicated team, you will provide support and information to the General Manager, the Hotel Managers of each of our hotels, and the wider team.
