Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is hiring a part-time PBS Practitioner to work three days per week at the Parramatta site, delivering community-based Positive Behaviour Support to autistic individuals and their families with a focus on functional goals and building skills for everyday life. You’ll partner with participants and their networks to identify strengths and needs and implement strategies in real world settings, meeting people in their communities to foster inclusive environments. Essential requirements include mandatory registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, a tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline or education, a current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check for paid employment, and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
