BU / FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Power Solution engineering team in DDN is responsible for the development of innovative power system solutions which are used in AI, Datacenter, Cloud server, and other IT systems, including connectors, busbar, and cable assembly.
ROLE OBJECTIVE
As a manager of a product development team, you will be responsible for leading the engineering organization in performing research and development work according to customer requirements and the technology roadmap.
**This role is remote, but we’re looking for someone based in the Austin, TX area—or open to relocating there. We’re happy to support you through the transition if relocation is needed. **

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $162,600– $243,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
