Lifestyle Solutions is looking for a Practice Lead to drive high quality therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services, reporting to the Practice Manager, and you will coach managers and frontline teams to embed evidence based practice, strengthen capability, and improve outcomes for children and young people. You will guide practice using data, reflective tools, and trauma informed, therapeutic models while supporting compliance with legislation and quality standards, and you will build capability through coaching, training and feedback. Key requirements include a degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, proven OOHC or child protection experience, strong knowledge of trauma informed approaches, the ability to coach diverse teams and a commitment to cultural safety.
