Job Description

As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting both our patients and team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Managing reception operations and providing front-of-house support when required.
  • Overseeing practice administration, staff scheduling, and daily operational workflows.
  • Supporting a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Managing patient enquiries and ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
  • Monitoring practice performance, billing processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with clinicians and support teams to achieve practice goals and drive continuous improvement.

Hours for this role

This is a 32-hour per week position working across four days:

  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about leading people.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within healthcare, dental, or a customer-focused industry would be highly regarded.
