Hours for this role:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • One-hour lunch break
  • Full-time position

As Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
  • Support front-of-house operations and provide reception support when required.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and ensure an outstanding patient experience.
  • Manage budgeting, billing processes, and financial performance, including utilisation, revenue targets, and practice profitability.
  • Work closely with clinicians, support teams, and regional leadership to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Experience managing budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and P&L performance.
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
  • Dental, medical, healthcare, or allied health experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Valid New Zealand work rights.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and patient experiences.
