Papaya Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Global's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback.
  • Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team.

Note:

  • This is a salaried position with a bonus/commission component.
  • Occasional travel may be required. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
