You should thrive in a fast moving scale-up, manage multiple priorities, and be comfortable selling the value of our cloud data platform. Location must be Pacific or Mountain US time zones. This isn't your standard, script-reading sales demonstration role. We aren't looking for a "demo expert" who only knows which buttons to click, nor are we looking for a People Analytics practitioner who prefers to stay behind the scenes.
The ideal fit: You are currently a People Analytics practitioner, manager, or leader (or HR practitioner with a strong People Analytics skillset) who loves the domain but is ready to pivot your career. You want to take your deep understanding of HR data, move into the fast-paced world of SaaS, and use your natural charisma to inspire prospects and show them what’s possible.
