• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) for heavy equipment based on hours, mileage, and OEM guidelines

• Monitor equipment service intervals and ensure timely execution of PM activities

• Coordinate with workshop supervisors, technicians, and operations teams

• Prepare and issue PM job cards and service schedules

• Track maintenance history, breakdowns, and service costs

• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for scheduled services

• Update and maintain records in CMMS / ERP systems
