Super Retail Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their full-time onsite team in Rhodes, focusing on turning data into pricing insights across iconic Australian brands. You will analyse sales, customer, pricing and competitor data to inform pricing strategies, deliver actionable recommendations, monitor market movements and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations and Data teams to drive profitability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity and solid technical foundations in Excel, SQL and large datasets; exposure to Python or merchandising is a plus. Highlight measurable outcomes in your application and demonstrate cross-functional influence, proactive problem solving and an action-oriented mindset.

Turn Data into Insights - Analyse sales, customer, pricing and competitor data to identify trends, opportunities and business risks.

Influence Pricing Decisions - Deliver reporting and actionable recommendations that support pricing and promotional strategies.

Optimise Commercial Performance - Evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, margin and profitability.

Monitor the Market - Track competitor activity, benchmark pricing and provide insights on market movements and positioning.

Partner Across the Business - Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations and Data teams to drive outcomes.

Drive Continuous Improvement - Enhance pricing reports, processes and analytics while measuring the impact of pricing changes and supporting ongoing capability uplift.
What We're Looking For… While direct pricing experience is beneficial, we're most interested in individuals with strong analytical skills, commercial curiosity and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Strong Analytical Capability -Logical thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends and solve complex business problems.

Technical Foundations - Strong Excel capability (Intermediate–Advanced), experience working with large datasets and writing SQL queries. Exposure to Python, pricing, commercial analytics, merchandising or retail environments will be highly regarded.
