About the role
As a Principal Agile Portfolio Management, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and running a new Portfolio Management Office that supports our Information and Technology Group deliver it’s strategic priorities. Our new ways of working leverage scaled agile practices where possible, and traditional waterfall delivery where it makes sense, to drive delivery predictability, cost discipline and meaningful business value. You will be responsible for designing and implementing core PMO capabilities that are right‑sized, scalable, and grounded in practical governance.
As experienced Agile leaders, you will play a key role in embedding Scaled Agile principles and lean portfolio management practices across the organisation. You will help align portfolio planning and reporting with business strategy to maximise value realisation, enable adaptive delivery, and support informed decision-making in a dynamic environment.
