Endeavour Energy is hiring a Principal Engineer FEED to act as the technical authority for investment engineering within the Engineering Design function, onsite in Glendenning, NSW, leading FEED optioneering, estimating and governance across a portfolio of network and customer projects. You will own and evolve the Network Project Estimating Framework, establish guardrails for decision-making, perform techno-economic analyses, and mentor delivery teams while shaping major capital investments and evidence-based recommendations. You will lead the development and assurance of network investment options, establish the technical and commercial guardrails for decision-making, and drive excellence in project estimating across a diverse portfolio of network and customer-driven projects.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring investment decisions are supported by robust technical analysis, sound commercial judgement, and transparent governance. You will oversee the Network Project Estimating Framework, influence major capital investments, and build organisational capability in optioneering, estimating and evidence-based engineering recommendations.
