The Principal Project Delivery & Construction role is a senior specialist position within the PER function and acts as the stream lead for project delivery execution in reviews.
You will provide independent technical leadership across Project Management discipline set up and performance, delivery readiness and execution to the strategy and all aspects construction, including the associated risk profile. This is done to support Execution Phase Reviews (EPRs) for major capital projects (typically >US$250M, and selected projects >US$100M).
Operating with credibility at project director, functional leader and executive levels, this role goes well beyond compliance — challenging plans, identifying early indicators of deviation and influencing timely, effective responses. You will also play a key role in lifting enterprise capability, consistency and decision quality in project delivery disciplines.
