Where You Will Be Based
This role is part of a specialized global department anchored in our Zurich office.
Office Location: Leutschenbachstrasse 45, 8050 Zürich (Oerlikon).
Hybrid Model: To facilitate close collaboration and coaching, you will work from the office 3 days per week.
Target Candidates: We are specifically looking for talent currently based in the Zurich area or graduates from regional institutions.
This position is the "focal point" of Randstad Group’s daily liquidity management. You aren't just processing numbers; you are ensuring the world’s leading HR firm has the funding it needs, exactly when it needs it. This is a technical Corporate Finance & Treasury role. It is designed to set you apart for a future high-level finance career.
How will I be mentored? You will receive extensive coaching from the Treasury Manager and work alongside a peer mentor in a multicultural team of 6.
What are my daily responsibilities? You will execute global cash management, manage FX positions, and monitor financial risks (FX, interest, and counterparty).
What systems will I master? You will gain expertise in Nomentia (TMS), Bloomberg Suite, and the 360T dealing platform.
What is the "Big Picture" impact? You will prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reporting for the Executive Board, directly contributing to the financial stability of 38 international markets.
We are looking for a "Starter Profile"—a proactive, energetic individual with a high degree of "get-up-and-go."
Education: A Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Economics is required.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience. We highly value candidates who have completed relevant internships during their studies.
Technical Savvy: * Expertise in Google Sheets/G-Suite.
Google Apps Script (automation) knowledge is a major competitive advantage.
Soft Skills: You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for detailed instructions. You possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate with global stakeholders in fluent English.
