About the Program
The Deutsche Bank Junior Talent Program is a 12-to-15-month program that offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world exposure in Private Banking. Designed to help you develop your skills through formal training and continuous support, you will be integrated into our day-to-day activities and quickly gain the confidence to take on real projects by learning first-hand how and what we deliver for clients worldwide.

Eligibility
Recent 2024 and 2025 graduates with an undergraduate or graduate degree from all academic backgrounds or professionals with no more than 18-months of full-time work experience looking to make a career transition are welcome to apply.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Talent with the PB Middle East team, you will support collaborate with Private Banking colleagues in achieving their financial (Net New Assets, Revenue, Asset Under Management), operational and risk objectives. This is achieved by working in close partnership with Relationship Managers/ Investment Managers/ Account Managers in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the clients.
You will be immersed in real responsibilities such as:
• Assisting PB Middle East Private Banking colleagues in daily tasks
• Preparing reports, summaries, meeting notes and supporting compliance-related regulatory tasks
• Learning and applying front-office systems
• Supporting client relationship teams with onboarding and KYC process(es) of new clients, including documentation and compliance checks
• Supporting the Sub-Region Head in strategic projects and execution such as expanding the Middle East footprint through offshore and onshore collaboration
• Collaborating cross functionally with key internal partners including CLM / Compliance / Legal / Products / Advisory and Sales and DB WM’s entire range of product specialists to deliver the firm’s best capabilities, solutions and investment thinking
• Acting within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, in accordance with all internal and external compliance regulations and the Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Flagging and managing reputational risks and conflict issues

Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Previous internships or exposure to financial services, the Private Banking business and/or capital markets is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in teams
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and proactive team players who can build strong relationships and work effectively in a team environment across different locations
