Overview The PRO Clerk supports the Public Relations Officer in handling all government‑related documentation and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth processing of visas, permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and compliance with local laws.
Key Responsibilities
1.    Government Documentation & Processing·      Prepare, submit, and track applications for visas, Emirates IDs, labor contracts, and other government documents.·      Assist with renewals, cancellations, and amendments for employee and company records.·      Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DHA, and other relevant authorities.2. Administrative Support·      Maintain organized and up‑to‑date employee files and government documentation.·      Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.·      Collect required documents from employees and internal departments.3. Coordination & Communication·      Support the PRO in scheduling appointments, government visits, and submissions.·      Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely completion of processes.·      Communicate updates and requirements to HR, management, and employees.4. Compliance & Reporting·      Monitor expiry dates for visas, IDs, licenses, and permits.·      Prepare periodic reports on visa status, renewals, and compliance obligations.·      Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures. 
Experience & Qualifications·      Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.·      Experience in PRO, HR, or administrative roles (UAE experience Mandatory).·      Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.).·      Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)·      UAE Driving License(Mandatory)
