We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Process & Digital Practice Lead to guide a high‑performing team of process engineers and digital consultants within our Business Excellence function. This role focuses on driving technical excellence, modernising ways of working, and enabling major transformation across VOIS. The individual will oversee delivery of process engineering and digital engagements, ensure application of industry‑leading methodologies, and shape practices that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
-Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
-Oversee high‑quality technical delivery across process engineering and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring all work is executed effectively, on time, and to defined quality standards.
-Establish and embed modern methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital frameworks to raise the bar for consistent and efficient delivery.
-Ensure all engagements contribute to measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational quality, customer experience, and employee experience.
-Build an integrated transformation capability with clear scope, vision, and priorities that support VOIS’ long‑term strategic direction.
-Implement strong quality‑control mechanisms, including KPIs to measure performance, milestone achievement, and productivity indicators such as billable hours.
-Partner with cross‑functional teams to enable seamless delivery across portfolios and ensure alignment with broader organisational goals.
-Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, communicating complex technical and business change with clarity and confidence.
-An experienced leader with a proven background in large‑scale technical and business‑change programmes.
-Skilled in influencing and collaborating within matrixed environments, engaging senior stakeholders and driving strategic alignment.
-A clear communicator capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
-Knowledgeable in process engineering, digital transformation, and industry‑standard delivery methodologies.
-Educated to degree level or equivalent; an MBA is preferable.
-A strategic thinker with the ability to create future‑focused approaches while ensuring excellence in day‑to‑day delivery.
