LIGENTEC in Lausanne is seeking a Process Engineer Integrated Photonics to bridge R&D and production for active material integration on our SiN platform, with emphasis on electro-optic materials like thin-film LiNbO3 and high speed modulation. You will own DoEs, scale prototypes to manufacturing, and analyze data to connect optical and electrical device properties. Qualifications include MSc or PhD in Electrical, Chemical, Physical or Nano Engineering; hands-on clean room experience (lithography, dry etching, PVD/CVD); proven wafer or die bonding expertise; and a data driven approach with process maturity experience. You are a passionate, analytical, solution oriented global communicator fluent in English (French a plus).
