Cargill seeks a Process Improvement Engineer for the Cocoa Zaandam site to plan and execute engineering work, develop standards and drive continuous improvement across food manufacturing. The role analyzes issues, designs process and equipment improvements, and builds a pipeline of CI projects aligned with operational excellence and TMO targets, solving complex problems with minimal supervision. A Lean mindset, data-driven decision making, and experience with SEEQ, PI and RTDuet are preferred, along with strong English and Dutch communication. Within the Cocoa Zaandam site (Aurora & Jonker), the Process Improvement Engineer will plan, support, and where applicable, execute engineering deliverables across one or more core technology or engineering areas. We seek a professional who will develop and apply engineering standards and procedures, providing expert advice on issues within the engineering field.
