We are looking for experienced Process Piping Inspectors to join our team in Al Dhafra. The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring piping fabrication, erection, welding, and pressure-testing activities.

Job Description

  • Monitor piping fabrication and erection activities.
  • Inspect welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
  • Witness and monitor pressure testing and hydrotesting activities.
  • Check welding consumables, preheat requirements, and post-weld conditions.
  • Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, applicable codes, project specifications, and ITPs.
  • Review relevant inspection and testing documentation.
  • Identify and report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with construction, quality, and project teams regarding inspection activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in piping and welding inspection for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Good knowledge of applicable ASME codes.
  • Good knowledge of hydrotest and pressure-testing procedures.
  • Experience in piping fabrication, erection, and welding inspection.
