Your Role

At MilliporeSigma, the Process Technician will work in a dynamic environment in collaboration with the process engineering team supporting the manufacture and testing of high purity filters with a focus on quality, process control/improvements, electro-mechanical assembly, and material handling. Shift hours are 1:30PM - 10:00PM.

 

  • Provide production floor support and troubleshooting with a focus on scrap reduction.
  • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of department data systems.
  • Participate in and contribute to cross-functional teams working to advance department initiatives.
  • Complete data collection and reporting tasks.
  • Review and revise process documentation to improve training.
  • Assist with initiation and implementation of process improvements through change management system.
  • Assist with coordination and execution of engineering experiments/validations.

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years experience in a ISO9001:ISO14001 regulated manufacturing environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Life Science discipline.
  • Lock out/tag out experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Pay Range for this position: $31.00 - $47.00 per hour 

 

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
