Emirates NBD is seeking a Processing Specialist for UAE Nationals only to manage end-to-end housing finance processing under the Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Program. The role includes meeting applicants, explaining the process, collecting documents per the checklist, answering questions, updating progress, and driving the file from source to final credit approval while coordinating with Sales support, Home Finance Operations and the MBRHE team. It is a full-time onsite position in the UAE. To leverage the process & service provided to the customers given approved finance from Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Program – Dubai Government.
2. Job Purpose
• Meeting with applicants, provide them with all the required information about the finance and answering all their question regarding the process.
• Collect all the required documents as per the advised check list & advice the customer with the next step.
• Attend customer’s queries over the phone and proactively update them on the progress of their file.
• Source the deal in the system, send the file to the credit department & follow up with them till the final approval.
• Co-ordinate between the Sales support unit, Home Finance Operation, MBRHE department & the customer for the completion of document issuance, collateral collation, mortgage, & deal booking.
