Role Overview
The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing, vendor management, and day-to-day purchasing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, negotiation, and compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.

Support the preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.

Collect and analyze supplier quotations to support decision-making.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier databases.

Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.

Support cost analysis and reporting for procurement activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Assist in compliance checks with procurement policies and procedures.
