Role Summary 

As the E2E Service Procurement Manager based in Sydney, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Procurement South Pacific, managing procurement activities across the Supply (Facilities, Utilities, MRO, Capital Projects) and Demand (Freight, Warehousing, and Co-packing) categories. This role will provide a unique chance to drive category footprints, enhance market intelligence, and build strategic, long-term frameworks. Ultimately, your primary focus will be defining and executing strategic sourcing plans while managing holistic risk for indirect supply and services to align with broader Hub, Division, and Global objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve annual Hub savings and business simplification targets, maintaining regular alignment with the Hub Management Team

  • Ensure full compliance with all Services Procurement mandates and spending thresholds while managing indirect materials and services

  • Collaborate with Hub, Division, and Global Category Leaders, as well as suppliers, to ensure centrally-led sourcing projects are implemented efficiently through holistic risk mitigation, negotiations, and RFPs

  • Implement metrics, tools, and processes to foster supplier innovation, optimise sourcing, and simplify business processes

  • Drive comprehensive change management plans to ensure organisational readiness for new sourcing strategies and facilitate Cost Risk Management Committee (CRMC) approvals

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain management

  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end RFx processes combined with strong project management capabilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a strong customer focus

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in Indirect or Service Procurement within the FMCG or manufacturing sector

  • Advanced understanding of integrated Supply Chain management, with experience using Google Suite and SAP is highly regarded

  • Functional competencies including effective communication, supply chain collaboration and engagement, stakeholder relationship management, and strong negotiation skills

  • Leadership attributes that reflect a positive growth mindset, strong planning and priority setting, and a digital and data-driven mindset.
