As Manager – Projects Procurement, you will lead procurement across high-value CAPEX projects that shape guest experiences across our attractions and assets. You will work across multiple business units, managing high volumes of procurement packages under tight timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

 

This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently, and confidently partner with project, technical, and commercial teams to drive delivery.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

 

At a corporate level, you will:

  • Support the consistent application of procurement standards, governance, and best practice across DHE projects

  • Ensure procurement activities align with internal policy, audit, and delegated authority requirements

  • Support reporting, tracking, and monitoring of procurement performance across the portfolio

  • Contribute to cost control and commercial governance across project procurement

 

At a project level, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement across CAPEX projects, from PR to contract award

  • Prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs, tender documentation, and addendums

  • Manage tender clarifications and coordinate responses with consultants and technical teams

  • Lead commercial evaluations and prepare award recommendations

  • Negotiate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver best value outcomes

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts for execution

  • Work closely with project, engineering, commercial, and legal teams to ensure alignment with scope and delivery requirements

  • Manage supplier performance and relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle

  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure procurement is delivered on time and within budget

What we’re looking for

 

This role suits a commercially sharp, delivery-focused procurement professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

 

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial or similar

  • Extensive experience in construction or project procurement environments

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement on CAPEX projects

  • Experience working for a developer or consultancy environment (preferred)

  • Experience using Oracle or similar e-procurement systems

  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract forms

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple packages simultaneously

 

Additional strengths that will set you apart

  • CIPS qualification (desirable for this level)

  • Experience within leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or public destination assets

  • Experience working in high-volume procurement environments with compressed timelines

  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

 

Who you’ll work with

 

Internally, you will partner closely with Projects, Technical Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Facilities, and Commercial teams across multiple DHE business units.

Externally, you will engage with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist providers across the project supply chain.
