As a Procurement master data manager, you will lead complex change initiatives related to master data management, business transformation and process excellence. You will work with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, IT and Operations.

The ABS Master Data Management team supports these services by delivering timely, high-quality Master Data. You will be part of an international Master Data Management team responsible for supporting global business operations through data quality, governance, process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role and responsibilities

This position is part of ASML Business Services (ABS), an organization that provides several Finance-related services, including General Financial Services, Customer Financial Services and Supplier Financial Services. The ABS Master Data Management team supports these services by delivering timely, high-quality Master Data. You will be part of an international Master Data Management team responsible for supporting global business operations through data quality, governance, process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Procurement master data manager, you will be responsible for driving the standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of Vendor Master Data processes. You will focus on ensuring that process improvements are properly prioritized and implemented, strengthening end-to-end process ownership, and streamlining ways of working across stakeholders, systems, and regions. In addition, you will play a key part in improving data quality, process performance, compliance, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within the Vendor Master Data area.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead procurement master data transformation, process improvement and onboarding initiatives by: defining business requirements, data definitions, business rules and functional solutions; optimizing end-to-end processes through Value Stream Mapping (VSM), data analysis and governance; establishing Data Quality frameworks, controls, KPIs and reporting; managing projects, stakeholder alignment, risks and delivery
  • Drive the successful transition of new master data processes and data objects into ABS MDM by: defining governance, ownership and lifecycle management principles; coordinating business, IT and process stakeholders; identifying automation and digitalization opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and data quality

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, logistics management, business administration or information management
  • 5-8 years relevant experience in procurement master data, vendor master data, procurement business analysis, project management, data governance or data quality management roles
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supplier master data processes
  • Experience leading process, data and tool improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience leading data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Experience working in an international environment

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence all organizational levels
