Civmec Construction & Engineering is seeking a Procurement Specialist for its Balance Machines division in the Perth CBD, a full time onsite role that covers end to end procurement and subcontract activities from tender through to close out. You will prepare RFT RFQ packages, evaluate submissions, lead commercial negotiations, and administer post award contracts while maintaining audit ready records and strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement, clear written and verbal communication, and solid Excel Word and Outlook skills; a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial or Law is desirable but not essential. Civmec is experiencing continued growth within its Balance Machines division and is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join its procurement team, based in our Perth CBD Office.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Balance Machine Procurement and Contracts Manager and will be instrumental to supporting the delivery of complex construction and manufacturing projects by managing procurement and subcontract activities from tender through to contract close‑out. Working closely with commercial, engineering and project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring Civmec’s commercial and contractual interests are protected while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
