We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Produce 3IC to join our Produce Department. This role supports the Produce Manager and 2IC in daily operations, ensuring our department remains fresh, well‑stocked, and visually appealing for our customers.

About the role:

This is a full-time position, including one weekend shift. Days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.

What the role involves:

• Assisting with the day‑to‑day running of the Produce Department
• Supporting the Produce Manager and 2IC with planning, stock management, and merchandising
• Ensuring produce displays are consistently fresh, full, and well presented
• Monitoring product quality, rotation, and waste levels
• Helping train, guide, and support team members
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
• Delivering friendly, helpful customer service

What we're looking for?

• Previous produce or supervisor experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, reliable, and hands‑on attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of the role
• Availability for one weekend shift
• Days and hours will be confirmed at interview
