As part of the broader Technology team, Corporate Systems are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple enterprise platforms including Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Risk, Safety and Legal.
The Product Delivery Lead provides strategic leadership and oversight of end-to-end product delivery across the Group’s retail businesses — including supermarkets, liquor, and group platforms.
This role ensures that product initiatives are effectively planned, prioritised, and executed to deliver seamless, customer-focused outcomes that align with enterprise strategy, product roadmaps and design intent.
You will partner closely with Group and Senior Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders to drive delivery excellence — ensuring that teams have clear objectives, robust plans, and the right support to achieve timely, high-quality releases.
The role fosters alignment across product, corporate and technology functions, balancing innovation with operational stability to enable predictable and scalable delivery outcomes.
Beyond delivery coordination, the Product Delivery Lead plays a key role in uplifting delivery capability across the multiple product portfolios — embedding agile practices, refining governance frameworks, and mentoring teams in effective delivery execution.
You ideally have extensive experience with implementing frameworks and governance.
You’re an experienced Delivery Lead who is curious, analytical, and passionate about delivering meaningful product outcomes. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical execution, and you know how to bring people on the journey.
