Product Go-To-Market Manager – BeneluxDiemenFull-timeProduct / Planning / Project management - Product managerResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Product Go-To-Market Strategy - Own and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for XPeng vehicles, facelifts, model year changes, and major feature updates in the Benelux region. - Translate global product strategy into local market positioning, value propositions, and customer messaging. - Define local product mix, specifications, and option strategy in collaboration with HQ and regional teams. Launch Planning & Execution - Lead planning and execution of vehicle launches and key product milestones, ensuring cross-functional alignment. - Develop and manage launch timelines, deliverables, and readiness checklists across marketing, sales, aftersales, and agents. - Secure proper information sharing to external data partners (eg. JATO, RDC and leasing companies) - Coordinate closely with Retail & Event Marketing teams to deliver impactful launch events, roadshows, and test-drive programs. Agent & Sales Enablement - Act as the product expert for the Benelux NSC and agent network. - Develop and deliver sales enablement tools including product trainings, launch playbooks, comparison guides, FAQs, and objection-handling materials. - Support agents with product-related guidance, competitive insights, and customer-facing narratives. - Ensure consistent product knowledge and messaging across all markets and retail touchpoints. Pricing, Competitor & Market Intelligence - Support pricing strategy, product competitiveness analysis, and market benchmarking. - Monitor competitor activity, product launches, and pricing movements across the Benelux markets and differentiate as such. - Gather feedback from agents, customers, and the field to continuously refine product positioning and GTM strategy. Cross-Functional & NSC Collaboration - Work closely with NSC sales, marketing, retail, aftersales, and operations teams to ensure product readiness and commercial alignment. - Serve as the key local interface between HQ product teams and the Benelux markets. - Support localization of global materials and ensure regulatory and market-specific compliance.Qualifications--Apply
