MOIA is seeking a Product Manager (all genders) for the Connectivity team in Hamburg on a hybrid basis. You will own the end-to-end vehicle‑to‑platform connectivity backlog, coordinate with MNOs and SIM providers, and partner with embedded and platform teams to deliver reliable, secure connectivity across products. The role emphasizes SAFe delivery, backlog refinement, PI planning, and cross‑team alignment, with a strong bias for systems thinking and managing complex dependencies in scaling contexts. To apply, tailor your CV to show backlog ownership, cross‑functional leadership, and real outcomes; share authentic insights and a concise example of delivering under uncertainty. MOIA values diversity and flexible work, and asks applicants to respond with personal insights while avoiding identifying information to enable unbiased screening.
The Connectivity Team builds and operates the backbone of vehicle‑to‑platform communication.
We own the end‑to‑end connectivity landscape that links in‑vehicle systems with digital services, covering communication architecture as well as SIM, MNO, and connectivity lifecycle management.
Working closely with embedded and platform teams, we ensure reliable, secure, and scalable communication paths that can be consistently used across products and services. Our work provides a standardized connectivity foundation that enables connected vehicle functions and digital services to operate smoothly.
