Computershare’s Equatex division seeks a Product Manager Banking to own a portfolio of banking offerings, based in Zurich, Edinburgh, or Bristol with at least three days in the office per week in a hybrid setup and some home-working flexibility. You’ll serve as Product Owner in an Agile team, translate vision into market-ready products, and manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch while aligning with senior stakeholders on the roadmap and delivering clear product communications. Requirements include a banking or financial services background (capital markets or wealth management preferred), strong analytical ability, track record delivering against strategy, knowledge of software development lifecycles, and proficiency with Confluence/Jira; familiarity with equity compensation plans is a plus. You have a passion for Banking products and capabilities with demonstratable experience as Product Manager or business minded Product Owner.
You will be a collaborative individual with the ability to build great, long-lasting business relationships at a global scale. Your previous experience will have involved providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and services.
You also have excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus.
