  • Lead product discovery to define the right problems, using stakeholder insights, data and domain knowledge to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, technical effort and delivery risk.
  • Act as the voice of the internal customer, balancing usability, safety, explainability and operational practicality.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, optimisation and continuous improvement.

Discovery, Analysis & Delivery

  • Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog refinement, testing, implementation and release.
  • Document business processes, system interactions, decision logic and key dependencies to support successful delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data and Design throughout discovery, development and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Measure product success through adoption, usage, time saved and customer feedback, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder engagement & collaboration

  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance and internal user groups to drive alignment and deliver high-impact AI-powered solutions.
  • Use stakeholder feedback and domain knowledge to improve workflows and automation, proactively managing risks, dependencies and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless product experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven Product Manager experience in a digital or technology environment, with end-to-end ownership from discovery through to delivery and optimisation in Agile teams.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered products, automation or workflow solutions, with the technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data teams on integrations, APIs, data flows and solution design.
  • A structured, data-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, measures outcomes to drive continuous optimisation, and confidently balances strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
