AD Ports Group seeks a seasoned Product Manager for an onsite role in the United Arab Emirates to articulate a compelling product vision, manage stakeholder relations, and drive delivery across squads. You will own adoption, translate vision into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlogs to meet release expectations while aligning roadmaps with the portfolio. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with development, design, marketing and sales, and coaching and developing teams, are essential. Responsible for communicating product vision, managing stakeholder relationship, enforcing coordination across squads and driving projects/programs with multiple products/complexities.

  • Manage and facilitate overall product adoption.

  • Communicate product vision to the development team along with product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ensuring to have a clear understanding of the product's goals, target audience, and overall strategy.

  • Manage priorities across products, evaluate backlogged products and determine features to be included in each release to meet customer’s release expectations. 

  • Communicate with the product owner in the portfolio to align on roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies – operationally calling for and facilitating the discussions.

  • Supervise customer’s feedback, communicate update to internal stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with various teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure a holistic approach to product development.

  • Manage discussions inside and across the Tribe on behalf of the portfolio.

  • Drive initiatives to instill a sense of urgency across squads and ensure a shared feeling of working towards the portfolio KPIs. 

  • Provide strong and visionary leadership, supervision, and guidance to the team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and setting goals for professional growth.

  • Offer coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their capabilities and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure that the team has access to the necessary resources, including budget and technology, to support their projects.

  • Foster a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork among team members to maximize their collective potential.

  • Ensure a balanced workload distribution among team members, preventing burnout and promoting productivity.

  • Identify skill gaps and training requirements for the teams to ensure consistent high performance. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Product manager Certification (PMP/CSPO/SAFE POPM) preferred

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
