As a Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will support the B2B core platform and API/data externalization product domain, helping drive execution of digital product initiatives that enable customers, partners, and internal teams to access and use data externally. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, managing day-to-day execution, and supporting delivery across your product area in close partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams. This position is hybrid in Burlington, MA location with 5% occasional travel.
• Support and execute against the product roadmap for B2B core platform capabilities related to APIs, integrations, data externalization, and related digital product features. Help translate broader product direction into clearly prioritized work, balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, security, and operational excellence.
• Own day-to-day product execution for assigned initiatives across the B2B domain, from requirement definition and backlog readiness through launch, iteration, and optimization. Ensure work is clearly defined and delivered with quality and speed, particularly for capabilities involving external data access, partner integrations, and scalable platform services.
• Partner closely with IT, Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering, Design, CX, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, align on priorities, and support successful delivery of B2B initiatives. Represent customer and business workflows in product decisions, with a strong product mindset and attention to practical execution.
• Help define and track product and delivery metrics for the capabilities owned, working with data and analytics partners where needed. Use available dashboards, customer feedback, internal insights, and delivery signals to evaluate success, identify issues, and improve outcomes.
• Build basic dashboards and leverage already built dashboards to measure business success. Partner with the data science and analytics team to spec out more complex data needs.
• Understand personas and customer segments across the product area and help translate those insights into product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Create business plans and product briefs that outline the how, what, when, and why, with a clear connection to customer and business value.
• Support product design and discovery in partnership with engineering and CX, leveraging data, qualitative research, and market behaviors to deliver customer and business value.
• Manage sprint backlog for the team and partner with IT, Commercial, Engineering, UX, and data teams to support a product roadmap that balances business initiatives, quality-of-life enhancements, and technical optimization.
• Develop requirements at an epic level tied to overall initiatives and, as needed, create user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery for the assigned product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plan and implementing appropriate mitigation activities.

This is an onsite role which requires a weekly presence and can be supported from any of our following sites, including: St. Louis, MO; Burlington, MA or London, United Kingdom. We do offer a hybrid flexible arrangement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or similar experience working with eCommerce or digital products in large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience working on API-enabled products, integrations, platform capabilities, or data access solutions
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver high-quality outcomes in cross-functional environments
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-centric mindset and service orientation
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and external data exchange concepts, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Business Management or equivalent work experience
• Experience collaborating across stakeholder groups for knowledge sharing
• Comfort communicating complex concepts to a range of audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization with a data-driven mindset
• Experience supporting API, integration, or data externalization capabilities such as customer-facing APIs, file-based exports, webhooks, partner data feeds, or related platform services
• Hands-on experience supporting complex eCommerce or B2B product domains. Familiarity with B2B eCommerce patterns, integration ecosystems, and external data-sharing use cases.
Pay Range: $92,600-$138,900
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
