Etihad Airways seeks a Product Manager for Journey Orchestration to deliver Guest 360 capabilities with a focus on journey orchestration, data activation, and omnichannel personalization, onsite in Abu Dhabi. Own the product lifecycle from strategy to roadmap and delivery, enabling experiences across touchpoints and partnering with data, engineering, CX and marketing. Ideal: 7+ years in digital or data product management, hands-on with journey orchestration tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, etc.), solid grasp of Customer 360/CDP, personalization, and CRM, booking and loyalty data. Stakeholder management and communication are essential; Adobe ecosystem or AI use cases a plus, airline experience preferred.
