About the team:
The Information Systems team is dedicated to building and enhancing the company’s internal enterprise platforms, supporting critical functions such as human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval workflows, and more. We are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these systems — from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, security, configuration, and continuous optimization. Our mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly B2B products that empower internal teams, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
1. Demand Mining and System Design: In-depth docking of cross-departmental needs such as procurement, finance, and internal control, abstracting business logic and converting it into standardized product requirement documents to ensure accurate demand transmission and alignment with actual business needs.
2. System Architecture and Function Iteration: Responsible for the architectural design and full-lifecycle function iteration of complex procurement systems, covering core business modules such as supplier access, sourcing, contract performance, and cost control, to ensure system stability and practicality.
3. System Optimization and Integration: Prioritize the function optimization and integration design of procurement systems and ERP systems, sort out business process breakpoints, ensure efficient adaptation between systems and businesses, and improve cross-system collaboration efficiency.
4. Data-Driven and Continuous Optimization: Build the core indicator system of procurement products, accurately locate product problems and formulate iteration strategies through data analysis; accumulate procurement business knowledge assets, promote the sharing of technical and business cognition among the team, and continuously optimize product user experience.
5. Product Planning and Digital Upgrade: In-depth analysis of industry development trends, competitor dynamics, and core business pain points, and output feasible product planning schemes; promote the digital and intelligent upgrading of the entire procurement link (sourcing, supplier management, contracts, orders, settlement).
