Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop insights-driven strategy, ideas, and recommendations with varying degrees of information.
  • Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence effectively cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic marketing lead defining YouTube’s opportunity and positioning across many different experiences by delivering insights-driven strategies, crafting narratives, shaping product, and activating GTM. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and execute integrated Go-To-Market plans (from positioning to launch) to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Drive user research and market analysis to generate insights that shape product roadmaps and inform end-to-end marketing decisions.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder networks across global and regional teams to ensure a consistent brand and user experience.
  • Communicate strategic plans, campaign results, and key learnings to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
  • Manage relationships, workflows, and budgets with external creative and research agencies to support key marketing work streams.
