Turion Space seeks a Product Operations Analyst onsite in Irvine, CA, to translate a roadmap into fielded systems by aligning engineering, business development and customers around priorities. You’ll support the Chief Product Officer in strategy, governance and roadmap execution, help organize product teams, drive planning and go to market, and translate performance data and feedback into improvements. Basic qualifications include a B.S. in Engineering, 3-15 years in product development or analysis, strong data and analytics skills, and proficiency with MS Office and JIRA/Confluence; must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Top Secret clearance. As a Product Operations Analyst, you'll support the Chief Product Officer in developing product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
This role keeps the product organization aligned and moving. You'll build the planning processes, performance analysis, and go-to-market groundwork that allow Turion to bring new products to market with both speed and rigor. Your work will give the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional leaders the visibility and structure they need to make sound decisions as we scale our portfolio of in-space servicing, space domain awareness, and orbital infrastructure products. This position is onsite at our Irvine, California headquarters.
Support the Chief Product Officer in the development of the product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
Organize product teams.
Integrate product plans with Turion enterprise management systems.
Drive product planning processes, bringing stakeholders together to align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future product development efforts.
B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field.
3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions.
Demonstrated understanding of the technical, business, and operational aspects of product development, including but not limited to:
Market research and competitive analysis
Product lifecycle management
User experience and customer feedback analysis
Data-driven decision making
Go-to-market strategy and execution
Strong proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Confluence, and other relevant product management tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop software for analyzing large data sets, including but not limited to:
Data visualization
Statistical analysis
Machine learning applications for product insights
Must be a U.S. Citizen (dual citizenship not accepted).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market.
Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Understanding of how A.I. can accelerate product development and enhance product capabilities.
